TBA The Oregon Truffle Festival is a one-of-a-kind celebration of a world delicacy, the Oregon wild truffle. Held over a crisp winter weekend in January, the festival attracts harvesters, chefs, growers and food lovers to share the secrets of the truffle through a variety of events, including a Grand Truffle Dinner, Growers' Forum, Marketplace, lectures, cooking demonstrations, truffle dog demos, winery tours, featured restaurants and cooking classes.
