Owen Memorial Rose Garden More than 4,500 roses of over 400 varieties bloom in the Owen Memorial Rose Garden, situated on the bank of the Willamette River. The garden also features a pergola-lined walkway and a gazebo. The first parcel of land that is now part of a wider stretch of waterfront park, was donated by George E.
